Elchin Babayev, a Head of Construction Company “Ulduz-S” is wanted, APA reports.

He was charged under article 178 (fraud) of the Criminal Code. Khatai RUE in September announced it wanted.

Currently operational search actions to detain E. Babayev are continued.
