On 12 July 2016 the Baku Court on Grave Crimes was held court hearing on criminal case of Elshan Mustafaoglu, a theologian, a former sector’s head of the Department for Caucasian Muslims, APA reports.
In a process chaired by a judge S. Huseynov were confirmed personal data. Hearing scheduled on 19 July 2016.
Mustafaoglu was arrested in 2014. He is accused under article 274 (treason) of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
