According to haqqin.az, there has been completed a preliminary investigation on criminal case of Vidadi Zeynalov, a former chief of the Office of the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies, Magomed Mammadov, a former Direcor General of Aztelecom LLC, and other employees of the Ministry’s structure.
Criminal case has lodged before the court and will be considered with Baku Court on Grave Crimes.
