Complaint under special charge against J. Feyziyev has not been accepted for proceedings

The Sabail District Court considered a complaint filed under special charges against the deputy Javanshir Feyziyev, APA reports.

At the trial presided over by Judge Azer Tagiyev, Javanshir Feyziyev’s lawyer stated that negative statements about a number of people were not written by his client, and that page on the social network does not belong to him at all.

The court made a decision, according to which the complaint filed by Bakhtiyar Hajiyev as a special charge was not accepted for consideration.

It is noted that Javanshir Feyziyev wrote unpleasant remarks about a group of politicians, journalists and public activists on his social network account.

The reason for this was the scandal with the decision of the London court associated with 5 million pounds sterling belonging to the Feyziyev family.

After that, the public activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev demanded that the deputy of the Milli Majlis Javanshir Feyziyev be charged under article 147 (slander with accusation of a grave or especially grave crime) of the Criminal Code.
