The Investigation Department of the Military Prosecutor’s Office charged the former head of the Procurement and Supply Department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Shirvanov Mahir Maharram oglu under Articles 179.4, 341.2.1 and other articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. A measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen against him, reports the information Internet portal report.az with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
On February 21, 2022, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen against the former head of the Procurement and Supply Department of the Ministry of Defense, Melikmamed Gurbanov.
M. Shirvanov held this position before Melikmammad Gurbanov.
