Akkord Sənaye Tikinti İnvestisiya Korporasiyası OJSC has again filed a lawsuit, oxu.az reports. The company violated the requirements of Article 490.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
The JSC, against which a lawsuit was filed for committing an administrative offense against customs rules, is accused of the fact that previously imported or exported goods and vehicles subject to export or return were not exported outside the customs territory of Azerbaijan or not returned. According to this article, goods or vehicles that are direct objects of an administrative offense are confiscated, or a fine is imposed on citizens in the amount of seventy to one hundred percent of the value of these goods or vehicles.
The trial, which will take place on June 13 at the Narimanov District Court, will be chaired by Judge Gultekin Asadova.
Meanwhile, JSC Akkord was also sued under Article 430.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
The news portal oxu.az notes that the Akkord group of companies belongs to the former Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Zakir Garalov. The company’s debt is more than 2 million manat.
