During the operation carried out by employees of the Guba Regional Police Department, a resident of the city of Baku, Romal Beyalizade, was detained, suspected of fraud and misappropriation of other people’s property on a large scale, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Over a long period of time in Baku, as well as in several regions of the republic, for selfish reasons, abusing the trust of the victims, he fraudulently pocketed the funds of dozens of citizens in exchange for assistance in obtaining social benefits. In his testimony, the detainee sincerely admitted to what he had done.
