He was charged under articles 178.2.2, 178.2.3, 178.2.4 (fraud committed by a person repeatedly using his official position and causing significant damage) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Four people were recognized as victims in the criminal case, whom the fraudster promised to help with their studies abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The Narimanov District Court, chaired by Judge Vusal Gurbanov, considered the submission of the investigating authority on the choice of a measure of restraint in the form of arrest for a period of 3 months in respect of T. Abdullayev.
