According to APA, today the Baku Court on Grave Crimes has continued a session on criminal case in respect of Giyas Ibrahimov, a member of NIDA Civil Movement, who charged in illegal drug trafficking in big amount.
At the court session chaired by Judge Anver Seyidov, G. Ibrahimov made the final statement. He stated that he had not agreed with brought against him charges. After that the court passed the verdict, according to which G. Ibrahimov was sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
We note that the last session a public prosecutor requested the court to sentence of Giyas Ibrahimov to nine years of freedom deprivation.
