Proceedings were initiated against 12 persons, who were detained during a special operation of the law-enforcement authorities in the Nardaran township of Baku on 26 November 2015.
APA reports that the hearing will be presided over by judge of Baku Court on Grave Crimes, Mail Bayramov. The date of preliminary hearing will be announced in coming days.
Thus, Elchin Gasimov, Aghaali Yahyayev, Nahid Gahramanov, Seyfaddin Shirvanov, Farhad Muradov, Ramil Aliyev, Elgun Akhundov, Vusal Alish, Isa Ibrahimov, Seymur Aslanov, Ali Shahbazov and Amirali Aliyev are accused on numerous charges.
