On February 3, 2017 Azerbaijan’s internal affairs bodies registered 90 crimes, 35 of which were solved in hot pursuit, the Interior Ministry’s press service told APA on February 4, 2017.
In addition, some 23 people, declared wanted over various articles of the Criminal Code, were detained and handed over to the investigating authorities.
One road accident took place in Azerbaijan yesterday, as result of which one person was injured.
As a result of operational and investigative activities, 12 drug-related crimes and 2 cases of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition were recorded in the country. Fifty-six crime suspects were detained.
