On 16 March 2017 Shirvan Court of Appeal rejected a complaint on arrest of S. Babayev, a shiite theologian from Massalli, haqqin.az reports.
S. Babayev was arrested on 22 February 2017 on accusation in violation of the rules of religious propaganda, rituals and ceremonies.
Wherein there were arrested a few his supporters, including I. Ibrahimoglu, who came to court.
