Azerbaijan’s law enforcement agencies have issued an international arrest warrant for another businessman. Businessman Galib Ibrahimov, 54, faced tax fraud charges, according to the notice posted on Interpol’s website.   According to information obtained by APA, Ibrahimov is the director of Azkopm LLC.
