International Organization for Legal Researches offers for discussion a definition “prisoner of conscience” the following content: “Prisoner of conscience is a person deprived a physical freedom (and limited in the rights) for his philosophy of life and based on it (peaceful) activity, excluding (all types) of violence (s) and calls to it”.
