Torture of political prisoners are continued

In medical institution of the Penitentiary Service of Azerbaijan during a deliver from the Kyurdahan Detention Center was beaten political prisoner Raghib Piraliyev. He was put on the handcuffs, forcibly shaved off his beard and dragged for his feet on the ground, insulted and humiliated, mocked religion.
