On April 24, 54 people suspected of committing crimes were detained in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Over the past day, police officers reportedly solved 55 crimes registered in the country.

Shahryar Aslanli and Salman Hasanov, suspected of cultivating narcotic plants, have been arrested in Shirvan, Oxu.Az reports, citing the regional press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the inspection, 52 cannabis plants were discovered, which were being tended using agricultural methods.
