Azerbaijan law enforcement agencies have issued an international arrest warrant for another two businessmen, reports haqqin.az.
One of them is 57-year old Nasib Hasanov, who is charged under article 213.1 (tax evasion committed with extraction in large scale of income).
Other one, 34-years old Elnur Aliyev, who is charged in fraud
