Bakhtiyar Hajiyev fined by court

Bakhtiyar Hajiyev has been fined 100 manats by the Yasamal District Court under article 510 (minor hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offences after a quarrel with a traffic patrol officer, APA reported.
