Two men suspected of fraud amounting to over 21 thousand manats have been detained in the Nizami district of Baku. As Report informs, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the perpetrators deceived the victim by promising him additional income and took possession of his money.
As a result of operational measures, 26-year-old A. Dilijani and 30-year-old T. Aliyev were detained.
An investigation is underway into the fact.
