Russia extradited a citizen accused of fraud to Azerbaijan

Russia extradited a citizen who was on the international wanted list on charges of fraud to Azerbaijan. Report informs, citing the Prosecutor General’s Office.

The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office granted the request of its Azerbaijani colleagues to extradite Osmanli Turgut Mehman oglu.

In Azerbaijan, he is suspected of crimes under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed with causing major damage).
