The State Security Service of Azerbaijan has launched an investigation at the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Materials on the violations identified in the field of public funds and property management in the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR) and its subordinate institutions that are not part of the ministry’s structure have been transferred to the State Security Service (SSS) of Azerbaijan, Oxu.Az reports with reference to APA.

This information is contained in the report of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan on its activities in 2024, which was submitted for discussion to today’s meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Milli Majlis (Parliament).

During the audit, signs of a crime were found in the actions of officials. In this regard, the materials were sent to the SSS, from where a letter was received stating that investigative measures are currently ongoing on the initiated criminal case.
