A total of 38,943 manats were stolen from 11 stores in various districts of Baku and the Absheron region by breaking into payment terminals. As Report informs, this was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In particular, criminals stole 3,567 manats from one of the stores in the Absheron region by breaking into the terminal installed there. As a result of operational activities carried out by employees of the Absheron District Police Department, suspects were identified and detained: 31-year-old Yusif Huseynov, 27-year-old Elvin Akhmedov and 34-year-old Emin Yusifov. The investigation established that the detainees broke into terminals at 11 retail outlets located in various districts of Baku and the Absheron region and stole a total of 38,943 manats. The thefts were recorded by CCTV cameras.
The investigation is ongoing.
