Employees of the Khazar District Police Department detained 46-year-old Zaman Babayev and 48-year-old Barkhudar Samedov, who sold land plots in the village of Bina without proper documents, who, abusing the trust of citizens, committed fraud by promising to obtain construction permits.
As reported by Oxu.Az, they colluded to sell land plots without documents to different people, causing material damage to the victims in the total amount of 154,800 manat.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact, Z. Babayev and B. Samedov have been brought to the investigation as defendants.
