Former Chief of Medical Service of Defense Ministry’s Training Center, Colonel Shahin Guliyev, has been arrested, Oxu.Az reports. He is accused of accepting a large bribe.
The investigation of the criminal case against the former chief has been completed and the case has been sent to court for consideration.
