Entrepreneur arrested for embezzlement of 2 million manats

Director of Şəmkir Un-Yem LLC Aslan Aliyev has been arrested, Oxu.Az reports. The entrepreneur was detained by the Investigative Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Based on the submission of the investigative body, the Binagadi District Court chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest for A. Aliyev for a period of 2 months and 27 days.

The director of the LLC is accused of embezzlement of more than 2 million manats, large-scale tax evasion and official forgery.

The investigation is currently ongoing in the Investigative Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
