MIA: 56 suspects in various crimes detained in 24 hours

Law enforcement agencies of Azerbaijan detained 56 suspects in various crimes over the past 24 hours, Report informs citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the information, 53 crimes were solved on the spot on May 23, as well as 10 crimes that remained unsolved from previous periods.

A total of 153 wanted people, including 127 people wanted as debtors, were detained and transferred to their destination.

26 drug-related cases and 8 cases related to illegal possession of weapons and ammunition were identified.
