Several female residents of Baku have filed a complaint with the police against a guy they met on the social network TikTok, noting that he threatened to spread defamatory information and photos.
As Report informs, officers of the Binagadi District Police Department managed to detain 19-year-old Mugdat Nakhmedov, suspected of extorting money from women on social networks through threats.
During the investigation, it was revealed that Nakhmedov took photos of women from social networks, created fake accounts where he published their photos. Then he contacted these women and demanded money to delete the photos.
The investigation into the fact is ongoing.
