The trial of the criminal case initiated by the State Security Service (SSS) against Jamal Javadzade, who held the position of chief specialist at the Baku Grave Crimes Court, has ended.
As reported by Oxu.Az, by the court’s decision, J. Javadzade, accused of abuse of office, was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison.
Recall that he was detained in December 2024. He was charged under Article 308 (abuse of office) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for him.
