Azerbaijan extradited a Russian citizen wanted internationally to his homeland. As the Prosecutor General’s Office told Report, the Azerbaijani side approved the request of the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office to extradite Zeynalov Sahran Ablaga oglu (born in 1995) to bring him to criminal responsibility.
Accused of illegal acquisition and storage of large quantities of psychotropic substances without the intent to sell them in Russia and placed on the international wanted list, S. Zeynalov was detained in Azerbaijan in March of this year, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for him.
