The causes of the fire at the Azerbaijanfilm studio are being investigated by the relevant authorities, Report informs citing the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Last night, the fire that broke out as a result of an explosion in the building where pyrotechnic substances used for filming movies were stored on the territory of the Azerbaijanfilm studio named after Jafar Jabbarli was extinguished in a short time.

As a result of the explosion, the structures of a one-story building with a total area of ​​200 m² were destroyed. Other pyrotechnics stored in wooden boxes, 3 propane cylinders and nearby buildings were protected from the fire.

There were no casualties or injuries during the incident.

The causes of the incident are being investigated by the relevant authorities.
