17 kg of narcotics seized

During the operation in Binagadi district, Nasreddin Musayev (born in 1994) was detained. 17 kg of marijuana were seized from him, Oxu.Az reports with reference to the Main Directorate for Combating Drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

N. Musayev stated in his testimony that he took the narcotics from the territory of Garadagh district through an Iranian citizen, whose identity is being established by the investigation.

He intended to deliver them to different addresses in order to obtain material benefits.

A criminal case has been opened on this fact. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for the detainee.
