Since its establishment (in 1998), the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan has adopted 599 resolutions and 181 rulings. As Report informs, this is stated in the article by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev.
It is noted that the legal positions formulated in these resolutions and rulings, first of all, serve to ensure the supremacy of the Constitution, as well as the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
