Criminal case initiated against ophthalmologist in Baku

The Sabail District Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case against ophthalmologist Jahid Shahbazov. As Report informs, the doctor was charged under Article 314.1 of the Criminal Code (negligence that resulted in the death of the victim or other serious consequences through negligence).

Relevant examinations have been ordered in the case.

The criminal case against Shahbazov was opened based on a complaint filed by citizen Humay Aliyeva.
