Military Prosecutor’s Office: No cases of intentional murders by military personnel registered in first half of 2025

No crimes related to intentional murder and intentional causing of grievous bodily harm by military personnel were registered in January-June 2025.

As reported by Oxu.Az, this was stated by military prosecutor Bakhruz Akhmedov during an extended meeting of the board of the Military Prosecutor’s Office.

“In the first half of 2025, the number of registered crimes decreased by 10.9% in general compared to the same period last year, non-military crimes by 2.5%, and crimes against military service by 18.6%,” B. Akhmedov noted.
