A citizen of Kazakhstan arrested in Azerbaijan has been extradited to his country, Oxu.Az reports, citing information released by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan.
The report notes that the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) has satisfied the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kazakhstan to extradite a citizen of this country, Daryn Alislamovich Suyunov (born in 1999), to bring him to criminal responsibility.
In January of this year, Suyunov, who had previously been put on the international wanted list on suspicion of committing robbery in Kazakhstan as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy, kidnapping, premeditated murder and theft, was detained in Azerbaijan. A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him and a decision was made to extradite him to Kazakhstan.
Accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Suyunov was handed over to the authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
