Criminal case of officials who issued plastic surgery certificates for bribes sent to court

A preparatory court hearing was held on the criminal case of the former head of the Department of Personnel, Science and Education of the Ministry of Health Saida Rustamova, the former chief specialist-senior inspector of the same department Rugia Magerramova, the former head of the accreditation department of the Center for Public Health and Reforms of the Ministry of Health Latafat Jabbarova, accused of receiving a bribe for creating conditions for illegal medical activities.

As reported by APA, during the trial chaired by Judge Mahira Kerimova in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, the personal data of the accused were clarified.

After the meeting, it was decided to send the criminal case for trial.

The trial is scheduled for September 11.
