Azerbaijan extradited a citizen of Uzbekistan

Azerbaijan extradited a citizen of Uzbekistan, detained in the country on charges of fraud, Report informs with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan.

The detainee, Burkhonova Gulnoza Rakhmatullaevna (born in 1987), was put on the international wanted list in connection with charges of committing crimes related to fraud and forgery of official documents. A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against her.

The request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Uzbekistan for her extradition for prosecution was satisfied by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan.
