Law enforcement agencies of Azerbaijan detained a group of fraudsters in the capital of the country, Report informs with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Thus, police officers of the Nasimi district of Baku detained three suspects in large-scale fraud.
Among the detainees are two women: U. Abdullayeva and her accomplice E. Abbasova, as well as a man – I. Gasimzade. According to preliminary data, the criminal group acted according to a pre-planned scheme and managed to fraudulently seize citizens’ money in the total amount of 26 thousand manats.
An investigation is underway.
