The Guba District Court has completed the consideration of the criminal case against Kerim Nabisoy (name and surname are conditional), accused of embezzlement. As reported by Oxu.Az, under the chairmanship of Judge Samir Mammadov, the decision was announced, according to which the accused was sentenced to two years in prison.
The previously chosen preventive measure in the form of police supervision was changed to arrest, and Kerim Nabisoy was taken into custody in the courtroom.
According to the investigation, Nabisoy, who worked from July 2021 to January 2024 as a sales representative in one of the branches of a private company in Guba, embezzled 44,937.61 manats, using his official position.
