Drug courier detained with 13 kg of marijuana

Employees of the Lankaran District Police Department conducted another operation against illegal drug trafficking, Oxu.Az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Thus, during the events, Ruslan Ramazanli, previously convicted of a similar offense, was detained. He was found to have 13 kg of marijuana, obtained through a drug dealer living abroad, whom he met on a social network.

During the investigation, it was established that Ramazanli was involved in drug trafficking and agreed to deliver marijuana to the specified addresses for material compensation.

A court decision has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for the detainee, the investigation is ongoing.
