Police seized over 12 kg of drugs

In the Dashkesan district, police detained a man in an area with difficult terrain, from whom over 12 kg of drugs were seized, Report informs with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Thus, during the operation, officers of the district police department detained 31-year-old Zamin Mammadov. 12 kg 150 g of marijuana enriched with psychotropic substances were found on him.

During the investigation, it turned out that the man intended to sell the drugs.

A criminal case has been opened against Mammadov. By the court’s decision, a preventive measure in the form of arrest has been chosen for the detainee.
