The Supreme Court made a decision in a 396,000 manat fraud case

The Supreme Court has completed its hearing of the cassation appeal against Alovsat Nasirov, who is accused of fraud, oxu.az reports. At the hearing, presided over by Judge Alesker Novruzov, the decision to dismiss the cassation appeal was read.

According to the charges, A. Nasirov committed fraud against several individuals totaling 396,630 manat.

Earlier, the Baku Court of Grave Crimes sentenced the defendant to a suspended sentence. The state prosecutor, disagreeing with the verdict, filed an appeal. However, the Baku Court of Appeals dismissed both the appeal and the appeal.
