A woman who committed a theft while disguised as a man detained

A suspect in a theft in the Babek district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been detained, Oxu.Az reports, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). Police received information about the theft of 45,000 manat from a house.

As a result of investigations by officers from the Babek District Police Department, the suspect, 32-year-old Ayshan Mustafayeva, was identified and detained.

The investigation revealed that the woman entered the house disguised as a man and committed the crime.

A criminal case has been opened, and the investigation is ongoing.
