Theft suspects detained

Thieves suspected of theft have been detained in Baku, Oxu.Az reports, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to the report, 1,000 manat was stolen from a local resident’s car in the Nizami district. The victim contacted the police, after which officers from the 24th precinct of the Nizami District Police Department identified and detained 29-year-old E. Musayev.

A similar incident also occurred in the Surakhani district. Law enforcement officers detained 29-year-old M. Abdullayev, a resident of the capital, suspected of stealing 1,000 manat from a house.

An investigation is underway into both incidents.
