A suspect in an armed robbery detained

A suspect in an armed robbery in the Shamkir district has been detained. According to oxu.az, on the evening of September 25, the Shamkir District Police Department received a report that an unknown masked individual had illegally entered the home of a resident of the village of Kur. The intruder injured the homeowner with a blunt object and stole 3,000 manat in cash.

As a result of investigative operations, law enforcement identified and detained the suspect in the crime. He was identified as 44-year-old local resident Akif Mamedov. The suspect has been handed over to investigators.
