Police detained a man suspected of stealing 15,000 manat

A man suspected of stealing gold jewelry has been detained in Baku, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Police received information about a theft from a house in the capital’s Nasimi district. Gold jewelry and cash totaling 15,000 manat were stolen from the home.

Officers from the 19th station of the Nasimi District Police Department detained the suspect, 38-year-old Z. Gasimov.

An investigation is underway.
