The indictment against a defendant in the “NGO Case” was read out

A court hearing was held in the criminal case against one of the defendants in the “NGO Case”— economist Galib Bayramov, chairman of the board of the Economic Research Center, who is accused of abuse of office. As reported by APA, the state prosecutor read out the indictment at a hearing in the Baku Grave Crimes Court, chaired by Judge Eldar Ismailov.

Galib Bayramov pleaded not guilty to the charge. The next trial is scheduled for November 5.
