A verdict handed down in the criminal case against the head of the toxicology department

The trial of Azer Magsudov, head of the toxicology department at the Clinical Medical Center, accused of causing a fatal traffic accident in Baku, has concluded.

According to APA, the state prosecutor testified at the trial presided over by Judge Teymur Hasanov in the Sabunchu District Court. The prosecutor requested a sentence of 5 years and 6 months in prison for the defendant, Azer Magsudov, and a three-year driving ban.
