The State Security Service detained the head of the Balakan District Executive Authority on suspicion of corruption

The State Security Service conducted an operation at the Balakyan District Executive Authority. According to Report, the operation resulted in the detention of the district executive authority’s head, Islam Rzayev, his deputies, the district’s chief architect, and several other officials on suspicion of corruption.
