The criminal investigation against three foreigners detained by police for distributing unethical videos filmed in Baku’s Alley of Martyrs on social media has been completed. According to APA, the criminal case has been sent to the Sabail District Court. Judge Azer Taghiyev will preside over the case, and the trial is expected to begin in the coming days.
On August 17, three foreigners filmed and distributed a video on social media depicting themselves committing unethical acts in Baku’s Alley of Martyrs. The investigation revealed that these individuals arrived in Baku as tourists on August 13 for five days and subsequently published the footage online.
A criminal case has been opened under Article 245 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
